Telehealth Availability & Policies
(1) Telehealth services are available for eligible patients located in Texas and New Mexico. (2) Please note that controlled medications are not prescribed through telehealth-only care. (3) For established patients, controlled-medication follow-up through telehealth may be available when the patient has completed an in-person visit with the practice at least once within the preceding 12 months and when clinically appropriate. (4) Some evaluations, testing, medication monitoring, laboratory testing, vital-sign checks, or other clinical requirements may require an in-person visit to ensure the highest quality of care.
