Telehealth Policies and Terms
(1) Telehealth is exclusively available to residents of New Mexico. (2) Federal regulations prohibit the prescription of controlled substances via 100% remote care. (3) Patients requiring controlled medications must complete an in-person clinical exam at our physical office at least once every 12 months. (4) Certain diagnostic tests and physical screenings must be conducted on-site to ensure clinical accuracy and safety. (5) We are no longer in-network providers for Molina healthcare plans.
